Bad nights sleep?

Who else needs their sleep?!đŸ™‹đŸ»â€â™€ïž

-

I know some people who can thrive off less than 5 hours a night... not me!😂

- In general most adults need 7-9 hours of sleep each night to function at their best. Children and teens can need even more. 7-9 hours sleep is not always attainable for a number of reasons as some of you will know! - How much sleep would you say you get a night? Do you find to wake up regularly? - Do you want to improve the quality of your sleep? Keep moving!😅 - As little as 10 minutes of aerobic exercise each day can hugely improve your quality of night time sleep. This could include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, exercise classes, going to the gym, etc.đŸ’ȘđŸŒ - Exercise reduces stress levels and tires the body out promoting the desire to sleep. Early morning/afternoon exercise is fantastic for helping to reset the sleep-wake cycle, especially when you are outside absorbing natural sunlight during the daytime hours!☀ - Some people think exercising at night is a no-no however it is different for each individual. If you find exercising at night revs you up too much to sleep adapt your routine to exercising in the mornings. If exercising in the morning leaves you too tired to work all day try exercising at night! - Listen to your body and what works for you.😄 You may not be able to sleep for longer but, if you can improve the quality of your sleep your body will thank you for it. - Zzzzzzzz
