Well what a fabby dabby dosey week I’ve had 🌞...don’t let this photo fool you, I’ve only been to the gym twice this holiday, but you know what? I feel amazing, some time off is just what the body doctor ordered. (I’ll be 100% honest; lots of lazy, sunbathing days reading plenty of great books 🤓 and eating plenty of grub) ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• It was easy to want to force myself to go thinking I was terrible if I didn’t go, but seriously, 1 week off hasn’t harmed me, it has revitalised me. I can’t wait to get back to it now when I’m home! 💪🏻 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Listen to your body lovelies, it will tell you when you are over doing it 💗 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Be happy, be healthy, be you.
